§ 98.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   If any person shall violate any of the provisions of § 98.01 of this chapter, or shall do any act prohibited herein, or shall fail, neglect or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the Superintendent or town police officer in connection with the provisions of § 98.01 of this chapter, for each such violation, failure or refusal, such person shall be fined in any sum not less than $10 and no more than $300, except as otherwise provided in any other local or state statute or ordinance. Each day of such unlawful activity, as is prohibited by the first sentence of this division (B), shall constitute a separate violation.
