§ 97.07 GOOD AND WORKMANLIKE MANNER.
   All work for the reconstruction, alteration, repair or demolition of buildings or other structures shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner according to the accepted standards and practices in the trade. The provisions of the rules and regulations pertaining to construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general construction requirements as contained in the Building Code of the town shall be considered standard and acceptable practice for all matters covered by this chapter or orders issued pursuant thereto by the Building Commissioner of the town.
