§ 95.20 FAILURE TO CUT.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any lot or parcel of ground within the corporate limits of the town to fail to cut weeds and grasses down and remove or to have cut down and removed all weeds and grasses from the premises owned or occupied by him or her and also from the streets and alleys adjacent thereto after notice has been given to him or her to do so by the Town Manager. Said owner or occupant of the property upon which the weeds and grasses exist shall have ten days from the date of said notice to cut down and remove all weeds and grasses from the premises.
