§ 95.06 EVIDENCE OF VIOLATIONS.
   The fact that garbage, refuse or natural debris is found on any property or in any street in the town shall be prima facie evidence of the fact that the person responsible for the deposit thereof or the occupant of such property is guilty of the violation of this subchapter so occurring.
