§ 95.02 DISPOSAL AND CONTAINER REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to place or permit to remain anywhere in the corporate limits of the town any garbage or refuse, except in a container; except that, such refuse which is too bulky to place in a container shall be disposed of as natural debris.
