§ 94.04 GENERAL OPEN BURNING REGULATIONS.
   All open burning in the town is subject to the following:
   (A)   All open burning shall be attended at all times during burning until completely extinguished;
   (B)   If any open burning creates air pollution, a nuisance, a health hazard, or a fire hazard, it shall be promptly extinguished;
   (C)   No open burning shall be conducted during unfavorable meteorological conditions such as high winds, temperature inversions or air stagnation;
   (D)   No open burning shall be conducted within 100 feet of a structure or a power line, or within 300 feet of a frequently traveled road, fuel storage area or pipeline; and
   (E)   All state and federal laws and regulations.
