§ 94.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AIR POLLUTION. The presence in the outdoor atmosphere of sufficient quantities of one or more air contaminants to injure, or to present a substantial danger of injuring, human, plant or animal life or health, or property, or to damage property values, or limit enjoyment of property.
   CLEAN PETROLEUM PRODUCTS. An uncontaminated, refined petroleum product, such as kerosene or diesel fuel, not previously used in any application.
   CLEAN WOOD PRODUCTS. Wood products, including vegetation, that are not coated or treated with stain, paint, glue or other coating, preservative or chemical material.
   NUISANCE. The discharge, emission or release into the atmosphere from any source whatsoever of air pollution.
   OPEN BURNING. The burning of any materials wherein air contaminants resulting from combustion are emitted directly into the air, without passing through a stack or chimney from an enclosed chamber.
