SCHEDULE IV. VEHICLES BEARING ADVERTISEMENTS FOR SALE OR LEASE.

No vehicle which displays a sign or signs advertising the vehicle as for sale or lease shall be parked upon any public road or public parking lot in the town for a period of more than four hours.
