SCHEDULE V. SPEED LIMITS.

   In accordance with § 71.01 of this traffic code, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, the maximum speed limit shall be as set forth in this traffic code upon those streets or portions thereof and at the times specified. Unless otherwise specified in this schedule, all streets or portions thereof shall have a maximum speed limit of 25 mph.
