§ 32.01 TOWN COURT CREATION.
   Pursuant to the authority contained in I.C. 33-35-1-1, there is hereby created the Town Court, with such powers, jurisdiction and venue as provided for by said Acts. The Town Court shall be located in the Town Hall meeting room with sessions to be held as the business of the Court demands in the discretion of the Judge of said Court.
