(A) No person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, roller skates, sled, skateboard or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any vehicle upon a roadway.
(B) This section shall not prohibit attaching a bicycle trailer or bicycle semi-trailer to a bicycle if that trailer or semi-trailer has been designed for such attachment.
