§ 70.10 PEDESTRIANS’ RIGHTS AND DUTIES.
   Except where otherwise indicated by a crosswalk or other official traffic-control devices, a pedestrian shall cross a roadway at right angles to the curb or by the shortest route to the opposite curb.
