The Town Council specifically acknowledges the existence of I.C. 36-7-4-1300 et seq., which regulates the imposition of traffic impact fee ordinances by municipal corporations within the state. It is the intent of the town to comply with this law, and this subchapter shall be construed in all respects to be consistent with it. The substantive and procedural requirements of I.C. 36-7-4-1300 et. seq. shall control in the event of any conflicts with this subchapter.
