Prior users of the Irishman’s Run Package Plant for the provision of wastewater treatment services (“Irishman’s Run users”) have been disconnected from the Package Plant and connected to the primary wastewater treatment facilities of the municipal sewage works through the Irishman’s Run lift station. Irishman’s Run users shall pay to the municipal sewage works a flat monthly user fee of $44.50 for wastewater treatment services, plus the amortized capital surcharge of $45.45 per month previously established by ordinance, for a total monthly charge of $89.95.
