(A) This section shall apply to all platted lots and developed properties (each lot or developed property individually referred to herein as a “lot”) located:
(1) Along Willow Road, north from its intersection with Templin Road to its intersection with Woodside Drive; or
(2) Within the following subdivisions (additions) and/or accessed from the following streets or roads: Subdivisions/Additions - Becker, Century Oaks, Colonial Heights, Luttrel, North Hills, Northern Meadows and Northview; and Streets - Woodside Drive, Redbud Lane, Danny Drive, Beverly Drive, Stanley Drive, Marquette Dive, Sommerset Lane, Stevens Drive, Meadow Lane, Meadow Court, Becker Drive, Becker Court, (Century) Oak Drive and (Century) Oak Court.
(B) Until such time as construction of the sewage works project is completed and such lot is able to receive sewage works treatment service from the town, there shall be charged to the owner of any such lot, an interim service charge of $34 per month, payable monthly by the owner of any such lot.
(C) (1) Upon such time as the interim rate set forth in division (B) above is no longer applicable, there shall be charged to the owner of any such lot, a monthly debt service charge of $72 per month, payable monthly by the owner of any such lot over a period of ten years.
(2) The monthly debt service charge set forth in this division (C) shall be in addition to the rates and charges set forth in division (D) below.
(D) Notwithstanding divisions (B) and (C) above, the interim service charge and monthly debt service charge shall not apply to any particular lot if, on or before 1-15-1992, the owner of said lot deposited with the Clerk-Treasurer of the town payment in the amount of $7,110.
(E) This section shall not apply to any lot connected to the sewage works through the lateral system providing service to Coventry Ridge as of 3-1-1992.
