§ 52.072 APPEAL PROCEDURE.
   The rules and regulations promulgated by the town, after approval by the Council, shall provide for an appeal procedure whereby a user shall have the right to appeal a decision of the administrator of the user charges to the Council and that any decision concerning user charges of the Council may be appealed to the Circuit Court of the county under the appeal procedures provided for in the State Administrative Adjudication Act, being I.C. 22-12-7 et seq.
