§ 52.051 AMENDMENT.
   The town reserves the right, pursuant to I.C. 8-1.5-3-8.1, to amend its availability fee from time to time in compliance with the town’s code of ordinances and state law, as amended, governing the rates, fees and charges of municipal utilities.
