§ 31.01 BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND TOWN ENGINEER.
   The Town Clerk-Treasurer, in addition to his or her other duties, is hereby designated as Building Commissioner of the town, with such duties, powers and authority as provided in the Zoning Ordinance and in the subdivision regulations.
