§ 156.05 VIOLATIONS; PUNISHMENT.

If any person shall violate the terms of this chapter by the constructing or repair of any building within the corporate limits of the city in any manner whatsoever in conflict with the provisions in these Codes, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by fine up to $500 or 30 days in jail, or both.
