§ 71.22 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. Any truck, van or other vehicle used primarily for commercial purposes or displaying lettering, characters or pictures for benefit of, or advertising of, any business or commercial concern.
   DWELLING UNIT. Any single family home, condominium, duplex, apartment or town house or any other unit as an individual or single family dwelling.
   LARGE TRUCKS. Any cargo or panel vehicle, truck or van with a manufacturer's rated load capacity in excess of one and one half (1½) tons.
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLES. Any unit primarily designed for temporary living quarters for recreational camping, or travel use, whether either it has its own motive power or is mounted on or drawn by another vehicle. Recreational vehicles shall include travel trailers, camping trailers, truck campers, motor homes, private motor coaches and fifth-wheel trailers as defined in § 71.26.
   RESIDENTIAL AREA. Any residentially zoned area within the city, within which residential use is a permitted or conditional use.
   SEMI TRACTOR. Any motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing other vehicles and not so constructed as to carry a load other than a part of the weight of the vehicle and load so drawn.
   TRAILER. Any vehicle with or without motive power designed for carrying persons or property and for being drawn by a motor vehicle. Trailer shall not include recreational vehicles.
   TOW TRUCK OR WRECKER. Any self-powered vehicle manufactured with the capacity to be utilized or which is actually utilized for the purpose of towing or transporting automobiles, trucks or buses.
