It is the purpose of this subchapter to prohibit the parking of the semi tractor, large trucks and trailers in residential areas, limit the number of commercial vehicles and regulate the size and location of recreational vehicles parked within residential areas. Parking of such vehicles is deemed to be aesthetically unattractive, a generator of unreasonable emissions and noise and is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
