§ 71.01 PARKING ON CITY STREETS AND PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to park any automobile or other vehicle upon city streets or city property in any manner different from, or contrary to, or for longer periods of time than that which is indicated on appropriately marked signs upon streets or other signs authorized and placed by proper authority.
