The penalty for violations of this section shall be fines according to the following schedule.
(A) First offense: $75;
(B) Second offense: $150;
(C) Third offense: $300;
(D) Fourth and subsequent offenses, per offense: $500; and
(E) The penalty for skateboard on a device intended to serve as a handrail, a fence, a wall, a step, fountain, or a bench shall be a fine of $500.
