§ 70.22 VIOLATION OF BICYCLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or to aid, abet, or assist in the violation of any of the provisions or terms of §§ 70.20 or 70.21. Any person in violation of §§ 70.20 or 70.21 shall be deemed to be performing an unlawful and prohibited act. ('74 Code, § 13-1(c)(1))
   (B)   For violations of §§ 70.20 or 70.21, the enforcement officer shall have the discretion to either:
      (1)   Issue a warning with no civil penalty; or
      (2)   Issue a citation for a fine in any amount designated by the County Court, Uniform Fine Schedule, Local Ordinance Violations, which the city does hereby adopt.

   (C)   Any person who willfully refuses to sign and accept a citation or notice to appeal shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 70.99. ('74 Code, § 13-1(c)(3))
   (D)   Any person cited with a violation of §§ 70.20 or 70.21 shall pay the civil penalty within ten days of the date of receiving the citation. If a person cited for a violation of this section denies a violation, that person may demand a non-jury hearing before the County Court. Should a person desire a non-jury hearing on a violation, that person shall inform the Clerk of the Circuit Court in, and for, the county, in writing, within ten days after issuance of the citation.
