§ 70.20 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to use a skateboard, skates, scooters, inline skates, roller blades, coaster, or bicycle on property owned and maintained by the city, including city parks, when such area is designated as prohibiting such usage.
   (B)   Skateboarding, skating and bicycling shall be prohibited on public sidewalks, walkways and parking lots inside the downtown area of the city: beginning at 7th Avenue at the east side of 6th Street continuing south to the north side of 4th Avenue, then east to the west side of 8th Street, continuing north to the alley south of 5th Avenue, then east to the west side of 9th Street, north to the alley north of 5th Avenue, then west to the west side of 8th Street, then north to the south side of 7th Avenue, and west to the east side of 6th Street.
   (C)   Persons skateboarding, skating, and bicycling on sidewalks where this activity is not prohibited must at all time yield to pedestrians occupying or crossing said sidewalks.
