The Street Committee is authorized, empowered, and directed to procure and erect, or to remove, permanent signs at intersections in conformance with §§ 70.03 and 70.04 of this chapter and also to procure and erect, or to remove, any other traffic signs within the city as it may deem proper, or which the City Council may by subsequent resolution authorize.
