§ 122.11 RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF OWNER OF DONATION BIN PERMITTEE AND PROPERTY OWNER.
   The owner of the donation bin, the permittee and the owner of any private property upon which a violation of this chapter occurs may be held individually and severally responsible and liable for such violation.
