§ 122.09 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   The Building Official shall have the authority to suspend or revoke a donation bin permit for the following reasons:
      (1)   A necessary business permit or slate registration has been suspended, revoked or cancelled.
      (2)   Failure to correct a violation of this article or am condition of the permit within three days of receipt of a code enforcement notice of violation.
      (3)   The permittee provided false or misleading information on the application which was material to the approval of the permit.
   (B)   The Building Official or designee shall notify the permittee in writing whether the permit is being suspended or revoked, and the reason therefore. If the action of the Building Official is based on division (1) or (3) the action shall be effective upon permittee's receipt of the notice, if the action is based on division (2), the action shall become effective ten days following permittee's receipt of the notice unless such action is appealed to the board of zoning adjustment pursuant to this sectino.
   (C)   Nothing in this section shall be construed to otherwise limit the city's police powers.
