The following information shall be clearly and prominently displayed on the exterior of the donation bin:
(A) The approved tag. which shall be placed on the front or depositing side of the receptacle; and
(B) The name of the permittee and the permittee's, logo, trademark or service mark, local physical address, telephone number, e-mail address, and for-profit or non-profit status.
