§ 2.01.03.06 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-4).

This category is established to identify areas of the city appropriate for higher density mixed duplex and multi-family residential development. The maximum density of development shall be 20 units per gross acre with a maximum of 75% impervious area.
