Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Zebulon that Chapter 50 of the Zebulon code of ordinances be replaced entirely to the extent necessary to comply with the merger with the City of Raleigh Utility Ordinance Part 8, Chapter 2, necessary to comply with the merger agreement. This document is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein.
