§ 150.05  ADOPTION OF STATE BUILDING CODE.
   The most current edition of the North Carolina State Building Code, Volume I, General Construction, as adopted by the North Carolina Building Code Council, is adopted as the Building Code of the town and is incorporated herein by reference thereto as fully as though completely set forth herein.
