§ 110.27  SCHEDULE C BUSINESS.
   Schedule C businesses are types of businesses that are exempted from paying privilege license taxes by North Carolina General Statutes. These include, but are not limited to, alcoholic beverage businesses, amusements - motion pictures, certain dealers, utilities, and certain occupations and professions subject to licensing boards. Such businesses that are exempt from paying privilege license taxes shall be listed under Schedule B of the schedule business taxes as approved by the Board of Commissioners.
