It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in roller skating or riding a skateboard in any street, sidewalk, or alley of the town; on Arendell Avenue from its intersection with Barbee Street north to its intersection with Gannon Avenue; and on Vance Street, Horton Street or Sycamore Street for a distance of 200 feet east and west of the intersection of the centerline of Arendell Avenue and the centerlines of Vance Street, Sycamore Street and Horton Street.
