UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
§ 99.02 THROWING OF REFUSE ON STREETS, GUTTERS, DRAINS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, or cause to be thrown, any filth, rubbish or other refuse matter in the gutters or drains within the corporate limits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place or cause to be thrown or placed on the streets or alleys of the town any glass, china, crockery or other like substance.
