(A) Refuse shall be collected on a regular twice-per-week basis for commercial containers, and once per week for residential type mobile containers.
(B) Additional commercial collection shall be the responsibility of each commercial user.
(C) The owner or operator of a business utilizing front loading metal containers shall be responsible for contracting their solid waste collection with a private contractor and shall be responsible for paying the contractor directly.
(D) Each business utilizing mobile container service through the town shall be billed by the town in the same manner set forth for residential dwellings in this code.
