§ 95.37 PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE OF CONTAINERS.

(A) The owners or operators of commercial, industrial or business buildings located within the town limits shall purchase, lease or otherwise acquire containers meeting the specifications of the town.

(B) The owners and operators shall be responsible for the operational and sanitary maintenance of the containers.

(C) Each commercial, industrial or business utilizing mobile container service through the town will be provided those containers by the town.
