§ 95.36 DESIGN AND LOCATION.
   (A)   Containers shall be of design conforming to town specifications and may range in capacity from the mobile containers provided by the town to an eight-cubic yard metal front loading container.
   (B)   Prior to the placement of front loading metal containers a zoning permit must be obtained.
   (C)   Front loading metal container must be placed on a concrete pad and screened on three sides. Containers must be located in a position easily accessible by sanitation collection equipment.
   (D)   The sanitation collector shall not be responsible for removing refuse not placed in containers nor from containers that are not accessible to the collection equipment or fail to meet the design specifications of the town.
   (E)   The Land Use Administrator has final authority over placement, size and appearance of all front loading metal containers.
