(A) Commercial, industrial and business buildings shall provide containers for collection of garbage, trash, and refuse as follows: each facility shall provide adequate containers of a size necessary to contain the volume of refuse based on a weekly pickup.
(B) Small business and institutions generating less than 640 gallons of trash weekly may utilize a maximum of four mobile containers provided by the town or by option choose to combine their refuse with adjoining business and share in the use of a front loading metal container of style and make conforming to town specifications.
