§ 95.23 PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE OF CONTAINERS.

(A) The owners or operators of multi-family dwelling complexes with more than four units located within the town limits shall purchase, lease or otherwise make available a refuse container which shall conform to the specifications of the town.

(B) The owners and operators shall be responsible for the operational and sanitary maintenance of the containers.
