(A) Developers and owners of multi-family dwellings shall provide containers for collection of garbage, trash and refuse as follows: multi-family dwelling complexes with four or less units have the choice of utilizing the mobile containers provided by the town collection service or using metal front loading containers.
(B) Multi-family dwelling complexes containing more than four dwelling units shall provide the numbers, size and type of containers necessary for refuse collection as determined by the Land Use Administrator.
