(A) All mobile containers shall be placed adjacent to the street for collection on days designated by the Town Manager for pickup. The containers shall be placed within five feet of the curb or street edge or in an accessible location, but shall not be placed in the street.
(B) The Town Manager may authorize alternate locations for placement of containers if unusual conditions render it necessary.
