§ 98.30 PARK REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Hours of operation.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to remain in or enter any park owned by the town between the hours of dusk and dawn.
      (2)   This section shall not apply to any town program or event or program or event approved by the Parks and Recreation Director or their designee.
   (B)   Group activity; public events.
      (1)   Whenever any group, association, or organization desires to use park facilities for a particular purpose, a representative of the group, association or organization shall first obtain a permit from the Parks and Recreation Department for such purposes.
      (2)   Permittable facilities are established and approved through the town's fee schedule.
      (3)   The Parks and Recreation Director or their designee will grant the permit if it appears that the group, association or organization will not interfere with the general use of the parks and the proposed activity of the group will not unreasonably interfere with or detract from the promotion of public health, safety and recreation.
   (C)   Park regulations and signage.
      (1)   Signs shall be erected at the parks setting forth participant rules in addition to stating the hours of opening and closing of the parks.
      (2)   Other signs regulating the use of the park areas by the public may be established throughout the parks when such regulation has been established by the Parks and Recreation Department.
      (3)   All signs are to be observed by the public and it shall be unlawful for anyone to violate any such posted regulation.
