151.03 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, ACCOUNTING AND CONTROL.

There is hereby established a Department of Finance, Accounting and Control. The Board of Control may establish such subdepartments as are necessary and determine the number of administrators, deputies, clerks and other persons necessary for the execution of this work and performance of the duties under each subdepartment.
