749.09 CARRYING CAPACITY; FRONT SEAT OCCUPANCY.

(b) The driver of a taxicab shall not permit any person of the opposite sex from that of the driver to occupy the seat adjacent to the driver's seat, unless the rear seat is occupied by two or more passengers. (Ord. 11-87(A). Passed 2-13-12.)
