A. Section 101.1 of the adopted code is amended to read as follows:
101.1 Title. These regulations shall be known as the Swimming Pool and Spa Code of the City of Yuma, hereinafter referred to as "this code."
B. Section 105.6.2 of the adopted code is amended to read as follows:
The fees for permits shall be as indicated on the City fee schedule adopted by the City Council.
C. Section 105.6.3 of the adopted code is hereby deleted in its entirety.
D. Section 108.2 of the adopted code is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
108.2 Membership of Board. The City Council of the City of Yuma shall serve as the board of appeals.
E. Sections 108.4, 108.5, 108.6 and 108.7 of the adopted code are hereby deleted in their entirety.
