There is hereby adopted by reference the 1997 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, as published by the International Conference of Building Officials, for the purpose of prescribing regulation governing conditions hazardous to life and property within the City of Yuma arising from the existence of dangerous and unsafe buildings, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed herein.
