§ 139-011 Retention.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall retain a copy of the APA 87-1 for reference by the public.
   (B)   The City Clerk shall retain a copy of the NFPA 1124 for reference by the public.
   (C)   The City Clerk shall retain a copy of the NFPA 1123, Code for Fireworks Display, for reference by the public.
   (D)   The City Clerk shall retain a sample of the sign mandated by § 139-006 for reference by the public.
