As a condition of issuance of a permit, applicant shall protect and hold harmless the City of Yuma, its agents, servants and employees from any and all liability for injuries to persons or property resulting from or caused by activities associated with the work described in the permit and upon city request, may require proof of insurance, naming the City of Yuma as additional insured during the term of the work.
