§ 115-99 Penalty.
   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a class three misdemeanor and will be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for not more than one day or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
